· Food Topics: Kitchen Organization, Mise en Place, Cooking techniques.

 

· Mediterranean diet: Olive oil, Herbs, Vegetables, Fruits, Fish, Seasoning.

 

· 20 hours “hands-on” cooking lessons with Chef Philippe Gion and... fun!

 

· More than 20 recipes with culinary commentaries and many professional secrets.

 

· 4 “degustations" of some of the most famous French cheeses with seasonal fruits and selected French wines. A tasteful "mise en bouche" before cooking.

 

· 4 sumptuous dinners commented by Chef Philippe Gion, with aperitifs, degustation of renowned selected French wines* and digestifs. (*Dom Perignon: on require)   

 

· Your personalized cookbook with all the recipes (and more) of your culinary session : a great souvenir!

Our Cooking Classes ?

Philippe ckeck your kitchen the day
 before the class-day. He arrives 
2 hours before the cooking lesson.
For your convenience, the following schedule can be modified.

• Classes start at 4 p.m.
with a "cheese degustation"

• Hands-on cooking lessons
start at 4.30p.m.
 and end around 7.30 p.m.

• Dinners follow lessons
 
• Classes end around 10 p.m.
